About l'artichaut frit

After a kitesurfing day in Mũi Né, Vietnam, we had a few beers and chatted about restaurant concepts for a Vietnamese-French fusion cuisine. I love artichokes and wondered what they’d taste like fried. Translated into French, it became l'artichaut frit. Unfortunately, we didn’t open a restaurant, but the name has stuck with me since 2019. I designed T-shirts for friends and events under the name l'artichaut frit, including some merch for my own festival wedding. Now, it’s all come to life, and I’m damn proud to offer my streetwear line to the public!
