Since we only produce each item once you place your order, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds. However, if you experience any issues, feel free to contact us via email. Thank you for your understanding.

Our products are produced on demand which means each item is custom-made after your order is placed. As a result: All sales are final. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept cancellations or returns. However, we understand that issues can arise. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within a few days of receiving your order, at info@lartichautfrit.com
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly fulfilled, we will either:
- Send you a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund of the purchase price if a replacement is not possible.
When we issue refunds or replacements:
- We’ll notify you with an email confirmation once your request has been processed.
- The refunded amount will include the product price only; shipping is not refunded.
- It may take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
Additional Notes:
- Please provide photos and a detailed description of the issue—this helps us speed up the verification process.
- If a package is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
- Refunds and replacements are issued at our discretion, once the claim has been validated.
